Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luxyplay ("luxyplay," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the luxyplay online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at luxyplay.cc and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager — whether for real money or in any free-play mode — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the luxyplay Platform in any capacity. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
Eligibility & Age Requirements
To register and maintain an account on luxyplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
- You are at least 21 years of age for participation in real-money gaming, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations enforced by PAGCOR.
- You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of luxyplay or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from luxyplay or had an account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
Age Verification: luxyplay employs mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures. You will be required to submit valid government-issued identification — such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID — before your first real-money withdrawal and at any time luxyplay deems verification necessary. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.
luxyplay reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to be registered by or operated on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and deposits may be returned at luxyplay's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing fees.
Account Registration & Security
Each individual may hold only one (1) active luxyplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. luxyplay is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- Ensuring that no other person accesses the Platform through your account.
- Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify luxyplay support immediately. luxyplay will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification, provided that you have not acted negligently or in breach of these Terms.
luxyplay reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or any other violation of these Terms.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
All financial transactions on luxyplay are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). luxyplay does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:
- GCash e-wallet
- PayMaya (Maya) e-wallet
- BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online banking
- BDO (Banco de Oro) online banking
- Metrobank online banking
- Other payment methods as made available on the Platform from time to time
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction request. luxyplay reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in the Player's name. luxyplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable security checks.
luxyplay reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor, to the extent permitted by law.
Deposits made to luxyplay are used solely for gaming purposes on the Platform. luxyplay does not pay interest on Player account balances. Player funds are held separately from luxyplay's operational funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements
luxyplay may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to Players ("Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.
General bonus conditions applicable to all luxyplay promotions unless otherwise stated:
- Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
- All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
- luxyplay reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
- Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements fulfilled within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
- Only one Bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
Bonus Abuse: luxyplay employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all Bonus winnings voided, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
luxyplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus already credited to a Player's account will be honored subject to the applicable terms at the time of crediting.
Game Rules, Fair Play & Technical Malfunctions
All games available on the luxyplay Platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, and crash games — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.
All luxyplay games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panels.
Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, luxyplay reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the Player's account. luxyplay's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
luxyplay is not responsible for any loss of internet connectivity, device failure, or other technical issues on the Player's end that may interrupt a gaming session. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing real-money play.
Bets placed and accepted by the Platform are binding. Once a game round has commenced and a wager has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luxyplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Colluding with other Players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or game manipulation.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to luxyplay support immediately.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
- Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while your account has been suspended.
- Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward luxyplay staff or other Players.
- Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
Responsible Gaming
luxyplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with online gambling. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, all accessible directly from the account dashboard:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your luxyplay account.
- Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
- Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic logouts after a specified duration of play.
- Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications during play showing your session duration and net gaming result.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
- Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent exclusion.

luxyplay staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may, at their discretion, initiate a responsible gaming review or impose temporary restrictions on an account where there are reasonable grounds for concern, even in the absence of a Player's self-referral.
Account Suspension, Closure & Termination
luxyplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the Player.
- Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
- Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.
- Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to the Player's registered email address prior to implementation.
Players may close their own account at any time by contacting luxyplay support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Intellectual Property
All content on the luxyplay Platform — including but not limited to the luxyplay brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of luxyplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from luxyplay.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
- Use any luxyplay trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.
Any unauthorized use of luxyplay's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which luxyplay reserves all rights and remedies.
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The luxyplay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luxyplay expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
luxyplay does not warrant that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- The results obtained from use of the Platform will be accurate or reliable.
- Any defects in the Platform will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, luxyplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luxyplay account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall luxyplay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if luxyplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luxyplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Privacy & Data Protection
luxyplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
luxyplay complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of the Platform's services.
luxyplay will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with legal obligations. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
In the event of any dispute between you and luxyplay, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. luxyplay is committed to resolving Player complaints fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also have the right to refer complaints to PAGCOR or other relevant regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable regulations.
For formal complaints, Players should submit a written complaint to luxyplay's support team. luxyplay will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
Amendments to These Terms
luxyplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, luxyplay will provide reasonable notice to Players via:
- A prominent notice on the luxyplay Platform homepage or login page.
- An email notification to the Player's registered email address.
- An in-account notification visible upon next login.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms. luxyplay recommends that Players review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
