No. luxyplay strictly enforces a one account per player policy. Each player is permitted only one registered account, tied to their verified identity. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same device, IP address, payment method, or personal details — is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
If duplicate accounts are detected, luxyplay reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is a regulatory requirement for all luxyplay players. To complete verification, log in to your account and navigate to the Account Verification section. You will need to upload:
- A clear photo or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (front and back)
- A selfie holding your ID next to your face
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within the last 3 months) — required for withdrawals above a certain threshold
Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. You will receive an email notification once your account is verified.
On the luxyplay login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter the email address associated with your account and we will send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder.
If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and a copy of your ID so we can assist you securely.
Some account details — such as your registered name and date of birth — cannot be changed after KYC verification, as they are tied to your verified identity. Other details, such as your email address, mobile number, and communication preferences, can be updated through your Account Settings panel.

Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit on luxyplay is ₱100 PHP for most payment methods, including GCash and PayMaya. Some payment channels may have a slightly higher minimum due to processing requirements — this will be clearly displayed in the cashier before you confirm your transaction.
There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though very large deposits may require additional verification steps in line with our anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
Most deposits on luxyplay are credited instantly or within a few minutes. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically the fastest, usually reflecting in your account balance within seconds of a successful transaction.
Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take slightly longer — typically 15 to 60 minutes during business hours, and up to a few hours during evenings or weekends. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
luxyplay does not charge any fees on deposits from our side. However, your payment provider — such as GCash, your bank, or a remittance center — may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before initiating a deposit.
The amount credited to your luxyplay account will always be the net amount received after any third-party fees, so make sure to account for this when calculating your deposit.
Withdrawals
To withdraw your winnings, log in to your luxyplay account and go to the Cashier > Withdraw section. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm the request. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
Withdrawals are sent to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in line with our anti-money laundering policy. If you need to withdraw to a different method, contact our support team for assistance.
Withdrawal processing times on luxyplay depend on the method you choose:
- GCash / PayMaya: Usually within 24 hours, often much faster
- BPI / BDO / Metrobank bank transfer: 1 to 3 business days

Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take slightly longer to process. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact our support team with your withdrawal reference number.
The minimum withdrawal amount on luxyplay is ₱200 PHP. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Fully verified accounts generally have higher withdrawal limits.
If you need to withdraw a large amount that exceeds your current limit, contact our support team. Large withdrawals may require additional documentation in line with our AML compliance requirements.
There are several reasons a withdrawal may be delayed or declined on luxyplay:

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must wager your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute less. No. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met. If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement is unmet, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
You can choose to forfeit a bonus at any time through your account settings if you prefer to withdraw your real-money balance without completing the wagering requirement. Note that forfeiting a bonus is irreversible.
