- Account and KYC data — Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AMLA obligations.
- Financial transaction records — Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
- Gaming activity logs — Retained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the gaming session, for audit, dispute resolution, and responsible gaming purposes.
- Customer support communications — Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last communication, for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
- Marketing consent records — Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year after withdrawal of consent, as evidence of compliance.
- Technical and device logs — Retained for a maximum of twelve (12) months, unless required for longer retention in connection with a security investigation.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with luxyplay's data disposal procedures. Anonymized data (from which you cannot be identified) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

Children's Privacy
The luxyplay Platform is strictly intended for adults. In accordance with Philippine gambling regulations enforced by PAGCOR, real-money gaming is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. luxyplay does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
luxyplay employs mandatory age verification procedures during account registration and KYC review to prevent underage access.
